Military Transportation: Dakota Trailways is inspected every 18 months by the Department of Defense and meets all standards for use as military transportation.
Corporate Meetings and Events: Dakota Trailways provides bus charters for all types of corporate meetings, events, and special group trips. To help make your corporate outing a success, we offer comfortable coaches, professional drivers, and savvy office specialists who coordinate all the details of your charter trip before you even get on the road. Point to Point / Day Trips / Long Distance: Point to Point Transportation is one of our most common bookings and a great group travel solution. Dakota Trailways offers point to point transportation to and from airports, weddings, concerts, graduation ceremonies, or even meetings at restaurants. We do all the driving, so that you and your family, sports team, business colleagues, or friends can simply enjoy the ride and some good conversation.
We also offer Black Hills charter tours, to destinations such as Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Deadwood, and more.
In addition, our skilled bus drivers can guide you through any North American city you request. All we ask is that you supply us with your itinerary in advance, so we can plan for a safe, efficient trip for your group.
Services / Mechanical Emergencies: Our Spearfish, South Dakota headquarters provides maintenance services such as coach washes, lavatory dumps, exterior cleanings and interior cleanings by appointment. We also provide emergency roadside assistance and other emergency support or repairs. If your coach needs maintenance service, please call before you arrive to let our service team know you are coming.
